Excellent food and friendly, fast service. We had the miso eggplant and seared white tuna to start, which were both wonderful, then had two special rolls after that. Fish was fresh, flavors and textures were great, and the prices were good. Had the chocolate pyramid for dessert, which was a bit different than how the description led me to think it would be, but it was quite nice.
Fuji Sushi is a regular spot when I'm in the city. A friend and I ate there last week. A Wednesday evening was not too busy. The servers are always very nice and thorough. They brought us edamame, salted and cooked well. We shared vegetable gyoza and shrimp shumai always seasoned well. My friend had a spicy salmon roll while I had an oyster roll. Both prepared well. I know this review seems brief, but I've never had a bad meal here after patronizing for several years.
