I loove my people at Gregory's, but most of them do not know how to make a coffee. Instead of a cappuccino, I get a boiling hot - scorched milk - latte. Here is a cappuccino recipe: the cappuccino ratio is 1:1:1—one-third espresso, one-third steamed milk, and one-third milk foam.

One of my absolute favorite coffee and vegan breakfast spots in the city. The coffee is always brewed to perfection and I crave the vegan sausage & cheese sandwich for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
