I don't get why this place has such low ratings. When I visited everything was just right. The shop is clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable. No one rushes you to leave, just sit and enjoy. We ordered a Cappuccino and an Americano. Both were perfectly made - hot, perfect consistency of foam on the Cappuccino, prepared quickly and served with a smile. Great cosy place for a coffee and re-energize for the afternoon. The staff were fantastic, may have forgotten my daughter's drink, but a quick reminder, they were on it. Would visit again no hesitation!

I never visited Gregory's before and kind of expected the same experience as a Starbucks. The reality was very different, though because this is so much better. The service was terrific. Very friendly, properly prepared coffee, and delicious to boot. The selection of sweets was great as well, and most importantly, they were fresh. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise which will keep me coming back.
