Hudson Hound Reviews
Fun hipster spot in the East Village. Saturday evening the place was busy but service was good. Had their Adobo rubbed wings and really good. The fish and chips were awesome and the best I've had ever anywhere. I'd go again in a jiffy.
We stopped in here for a quick bite on a Thursday. They have a bar side and a restaurant side but I think you can get everything on both sides. I had a turkey burger which was large and came with a ton of fries. They have a huge draft beer selection including a German beer I hadn’t had before. The staff was quick to take care of us.
Some friends and I stopped for some drinks and it's a pretty solid joint. We got an Old Fashioned, a Vodka Sour, a Hugo Spritz, and a Moscow Mule. The drinks were great and we had a wonderful time. Most importantly, our bartender, Jamie, was absolutely delightful! She's great at making drinks and it was lovely talking with her. I definitely recommend coming here.

Hudson Hound is a lively restaurant that offers a satisfying dining experience for a wide range of customers. The atmosphere is vibrant, especially during game days on weekends. The food is praised, with highlights including the fries, wings, mac and cheese, and the delicious turkey burger, which is highly recommended. The restaurant also caters to vegetarians, with a bean burger that has a great texture and a generous portion. Additionally, the restaurant is very kid-friendly, with a menu that features the same food as the adult menu, just in smaller portions. The restaurant also has a shop that offers a selection of UK and Irish fare, catering to those craving "Irish/UK-style Chinese curry." The steak and eggs are said to be better than those at the renowned Peter Luger steakhouse. The bar area is straightforward, with a great selection of beers on tap, and the drinks are cold. The service is stellar, with the staff frequently checking on the tables and being very friendly. The interior is warm and woody, with a dining area separate from the bar area, making it a perfect spot for a dark, rainy, winter weeknight.
