I thought this was just a small business dealing with growing pains but looking at the few bad reviews they've left on here (others have been deleted) I see it's a pattern. Ordered 12/4/22, nothing received, requested refund, charged for 2nd month 1/3/23, refund "within the week" HA. Opened a dispute with my credit card company but that will take weeks and still no product for either month. Do not recommend.
