We just went for the 2023 Rockefeller tree and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. so happy they were decorated for the holidays. 100% go to in our opinion.“

“Stopped in on a Sunday to catch a bit of the game. Buffalo Chicken spring rolls were great and beer cold. But what really sets this place apart was the staff. Great energy and vibes from all bar staff. Game that I was interested wasn't on but they made a great effort to get the game for me. Refills timing was spot on and felt welcomed. I'm not in Manhattan all the time but would make sure I hit this spot. There are plenty of bars in area, it's the people that make it special.“

“We booked in as a family party of ten on Christmas Eve, visiting from Liverpool and Belfast. All the food was excellent and served promptly. I had the buffalo chicken wrap, which was a fresh, crisp and tangy buffalo chicken mouthful of deliciousness. Our server (whose name escapes me sadly) was friendly and attentive, keeping our drinks topped up. I can highly recommend Ryan Maguire's, and thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas Eve!“

“Great food, great Guinness, great vibes! Wolfe Tone's was absolutely FABULOUS on Marathon Sunday! Derek was such a pleasure to work with in the weeks before our big day and he and the entire staff took such great care of us and our family and friends post-race! They truly went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable, well-fed, and never without a drink! The location is also great, it was easy for everyone to get to and for everyone to go home from (so close to Grand Central and the 6 train!) One of the best pints of Guinness I've had outside of Ireland, such a cozy atmosphere and incredible staff members. Classic Irish pub food, which everybody loved! The classics are classics for a reason, and they were very well done. I’ve also had dinner here on a regular night, and it’s just as good! Great pub fare, generous portions, and a really relaxed, friendly vibe. It’s not just a perfect event spot, it’s a great place for an everyday meal too. I am so grateful to Wolfe Tone's for being a great, reasonably priced, delicious, comfy and cozy place to celebrate post-race. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to host any kind of event. “They were able to accomodate a party of 8 including 4 teenagers for a pre-MSG concert meal with no issues. Very good bar food and excellent service in a traditional Irish pub atmosphere. I've been in there a few times for drinks when I worked in the area and I'm glad I recommeded them to my out-of-town friends for their first NYC day trip.“

“I first discovered Finnegans Wake in 1990 and it was and still is my favorite NY place. Those were the days, my friend. We thought they’d never end but I haven’t been back to NYC since 2013. I heard Ignatius passed and May he RIP and Frank, the best bartender must have retired. If not, please give him a shout out from his “California Girls , Maria and Kelly.“

“Are you from a European country or just want to get a pint and watch a game or match on tv? Go here. It’s perfect! Solid pour. Fresh burger or fish. Crispy chippy. No nonsense here. Service at the bar is immediate. Pub style seating also available. Open until 4am. Don’t tell anyone how great this place is or it’s likely to attract the influencers. For now, this place is absolutely perfect.“

“My husband & I were visiting NYC for a long weekend when a friend back home recommended we go to Kelly’s Sports bar. We live in Buffalo NY, so when I found out this bar was a bills backer bar, of course we were there Sunday, ready to cheer on our favorite team. Let me just tell you, this bar alone is enough reason to come back to the city. We had an absolute blast! & the drinks were good, never had an empty drink in hand, the bartenders are great, & it really felt like home. Thanks for the laughs & great drinks! GO BILLS!!!“

“This place throws rocks at other bars. Get a Margret in Mexico or four while you wait for your train, you ain’t gonna regret it. We loved being able to hang here while we waited for the not-so-bullet train to take us back to the city of brotherly shove. Loved it.“

“I came down for the first time last month to watch the Celtic match starting at 7 am, I didn't know what to expect but the food was great, the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was great even in the early morning. I was so impressed I stayed after to watch the EPL matches they were showing even though I'm not a big EPL fan. I will definitely be coming back, and it's a must-visit for any Celtic supporter in the New York area.“

“Had a very nice dinner for my first time at Stout NYC Restaurant in New York City right by Madison Square Garden (MSG). Started off with this appetizer - Greek Style Shawarma Meatball Skewers with Lemon 🍋 Feta, Kalamata Olives 🫒 and Mint. For the Main Course I had Miso Citrus 🍊 Salmon 🍣 Along with Chicory 🥬 Kale and Apple 🍎 Salad 🥗 with Shaved Goat 🐐 Cheese 🧀, Pancetta, Candied Pecans, Apple Cider Vinaigrette. Oh yeah. The meal was slamming! By the way. Ran into two separate people that I know before leaving the restaurant. You can’t go no where in NYC without seeing somebody lol 😂. Nice spot to dine. #StoutNYC“
