“We chose an Irish spot for our NYE in the city. Good music and great food, but the service and hospitality from John was unmatched. I’ll take my lovely experience all the way back home to north Alabama.

“I had the steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and it was so juicy and flavorful. The Thai tea was great too. The inside is super cute very homey with cozy, dim lighting. Only downside was the music being a little too loud I had trouble hearing the person across from me. But honestly, I don’t get the bad reviews. Our server was lovely and the food came out in about 20 minutes. I’d definitely come back.

“Being in a train station (and a very busy train station) one would not expect a great bar experience - well atleast I wasn’t but I was wrong. A colleague and I were in NYC for a board meeting, and it wrapped up early. She said let’s stop at Irish Exit for a drink and well we did. Once you walk out the “station”, it’s like walking into a true Irish bar (albeit busier). Amazing selection of beer, wine and the hard stuff. Good service, free Wi-Fi and most things can be done via QR code. Will definitely visit next time I’m at Penn.“

“One of the best burgers! I travel a lot and was looking for a place for a solo dinner that was easy. Went on a Friday night and was seated on the main level. Had good service and one of my favorite burgers I've ever had-- which is saying a lot, since I've been to many great places. Great spot for people watching too.“

“Are you from a European country or just want to get a pint and watch a game or match on tv? Go here. It’s perfect! Solid pour. Fresh burger or fish. Crispy chippy. No nonsense here. Service at the bar is immediate. Pub style seating also available. Open until 4am. Don’t tell anyone how great this place is or it’s likely to attract the influencers. For now, this place is absolutely perfect.“

“I first discovered Finnegans Wake in 1990 and it was and still is my favorite NY place. Those were the days, my friend. We thought they’d never end but I haven’t been back to NYC since 2013. I heard Ignatius passed and May he RIP and Frank, the best bartender must have retired. If not, please give him a shout out from his “California Girls , Maria and Kelly.“

“My husband & I were visiting NYC for a long weekend when a friend back home recommended we go to Kelly’s Sports bar. We live in Buffalo NY, so when I found out this bar was a bills backer bar, of course we were there Sunday, ready to cheer on our favorite team. Let me just tell you, this bar alone is enough reason to come back to the city. “I came down for the first time last month to watch the Celtic match starting at 7 am, I didn't know what to expect but the food was great, the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was great even in the early morning. I was so impressed I stayed after to watch the EPL matches they were showing even though I'm not a big EPL fan. I will definitely be coming back, and it's a must-visit for any Celtic supporter in the New York area.“

Walked in today and there he was in a great mood even tho his football team didn't make the playoffs (Seahawks) like my squad the damn Giants! But great and convenient spot to check out. A pool table is available too; that's what got me before. Glad I stopped through and my Irish brother was there! I don't think they serve food here but the atmosphere is great and chill.“
