I ordered the “Miami Glow” smoothie at your location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The drink was clearly not prepared correctly the strawberries were not blended at all and remained whole inside the smoothie. I approached one of your employees to ask whether this was normal, and he admitted that it was not supposed to be like that.
What was even more disappointing was that despite acknowledging the mistake, no one offered to remake the drink, replace it, or provide a refund. I paid around $15 for a smoothie that was not properly made and received no effort to resolve the issue.

I hope you can address this situation and improve both product quality and customer service.

The staff at this location might just be the friendliest staff in New York City. I came in hungover like a dog after having a weekend bender and the manager recommended the Hydration Station to me. The Coconut water in it was so refreshing and I feel like the ginger lowkey reset my gut micro biome. Idk if they put the Lords elixir in it or what but I was bright eyed and bushy tailed for my 11 am meeting. Came back for lunch and got the spicy ceasar sandwich to carb load and it was so good. god bless Joe and the juice fr lol

Twenty minutes later and I'm still sitting here waiting for my solitary juice shot. The lone employee hasn't made a single drink in this time, though by the smell of it he has managed to burn a few sandwiches.
I don’t understand the bad reviews but every sandwich and drink we ordered were so tasty and healthy! Highly recommend the steak sandwich! Simply the best! 😋
