Blank Street Coffee is a solid spot for a quick coffee stop, with a cortado that is smooth, balanced, and nicely made. The service is quick and the process is easy. The baristas are so kind and sweet, welcoming every single person that walks in. They are also very helpful when deciding what to get. The matcha is exquisite, and the hot chocolate is excellent. A large matcha and croissant is affordable at $11 dollars. The croissant is delicious. The music is immaculate, and the experience is genuinely great. This is the best coffee shop, not for the coffee but for the people. The staff are the best, and the company should be eternally grateful to have such incredible support and employees.
