QUALITY FRENCH CUISINE - We always have a fine meal at this cozy and welcoming neighborhood French bistro. The food is reliably excellent, many standard choices plus daily specials. We have been many times and will again when we next visit NY.
We had an excellent dinner at Jubilee this past Friday! My husband enjoyed the mussels, and my filet mignon was top notch. Jubilee is a great neighborhood place with friendly staff. Looking forward to returning.

Spectacular! After four courses and a long leisurely dinner - a birthday celebration, I can happily and assuredly say Jubilee is exceptionally good. We are big fans of French food and this is truly some of the most delicious food we've had in quite a while. Service was warm, but never intrusive and always professional.
