Go and learn how to cook in a healthy, delicious way.
I joined Karen for class last night, and she walked the 8 of us thru a delicious broiled Salmon w/reduced orange recipe, fantastic roasted cauliflower, and a delicious minestrone w/chicken stock. Had a great evening, picked up some super helpful cooking tips. Can't wait to be back in her kitchen!!
