We dined here twice in a few months, and I can't wait to go back very soon (they change their menu quite frequently). Every dish was executed with perfection, every bite melted in my mouth. Perfect amount of food for each course and overall. Chef is humble and charming. Service is personalized. They deserve two Michelin stars, and the Michelin guide should be ashamed for not awarding them one.
L'Appart continues to be #1 hidden Gem in downtown Manhattan. They constantly update their menu with innovative dishes. The rhythm and sequence of the course is effortless and harmonious. Just a perfect evening of food, intimate atmosphere and great wine. It was a delightful evening, experiencing Michelin-starred restaurant. The dining plates showcased a distinctive style, and the opportunity to engage closely with the chefs added a personal touch to the experience.
