If the price was lower or fewer Michelin stars this would probably be 5 stars but as it stands, it's not up to the standard of other 3 stars.Food is excellent, well sourced, well cooked and well seasoned. The wine list is excellent as is to be expected.But the entire experience was let down by staff, who while nice and polite were most definitely going through the motions. Le Bernardin, acclaimed as New York’s finest seafood restaurant, is a Michelin three-star establishment and a regular on the world’s best 50 list.
