Cute little cafe restaurant tucked away between office buildings with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, close to the East River. Location is beautiful but options for breakfast are limited. Pastries not made on site, no decaf coffee option. Tried the açaí bowl, small and prepackaged. Would not return despite location.Open 7am to 3pm - closes early!
Some of Little River's food is quite tasty but my two biggest complaints are that there is no consistency and the descriptions of the food are occasionally grossly inaccurate. There is no consistency to the amount of food that they give you and there is no consistency when it comes to the way it tastes. I've ordered the same taco dish and gotten three tacos one time and two tacos another. One day the sandwich is sublime the next day it's mediocre. Also, on a couple of occasions...read full review

A very modern high ceiling cafe near the river, a short walk from NYU Medical Center or Bellevue Hospital. Açaí ball was small but very appetizing. This is a very nice large place for even a large group. See the picture of their seating area.
