I live next door to their Broadway location on the Upper West Side in New York City and have made multiple attempts to support this business. Unfortunately, after three visits, my experiences have been consistently disappointing.
Each time, I encountered staff who came across as sarcastic and unprofessional, and my drink orders were not prepared correctly—despite providing clear instructions through the app.

Luckin Coffee is a coffee shop where ordering is done entirely via an app. The store is small with very limited seating, making it more of a grab and go kind of place. The product is delicious, and the coffee is tasty with great prices. Drinks are customizable with free extra shots in most coffee drinks and no extra fees on milk options like oat milk and coconut milk. They have insanely good and frequent coupons and often have great promos, so customers rarely pay full price. Seasonal drinks are popular, including the Pumpkin spice latte, Pistachio Latte, and Caramel cream brule. However, some customers reported poor customer service, including being charged twice without a refund for 10 days. Other issues include the lid of a hot coffee not being fully closed during two visits, almost burning a hand. Despite this, many call it a new favorite spot and recommend Luckin to everybody.
