I received a bent item (due to packaging) when ordering online which is not ideal. Support proved helpful, and I decided to have it replaced in-store rather than online.It was acknowledged that the packaging was less than ideal, and they provided me a replacement seamlessly.
I have purchased Miansai jewelry for my best friends birthday and she loved it. She loves gold and loves matching metals and was able to find a lot more of her staple and everyday pieces here!

Very chic, minimalist shop with a great selection and helpful staff. The layout is a little weird given the space, but overall I found what I came for (and more) and enjoyed browsing.
