Disgusting environment🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
I ordered three items which asked if I wanted pita with each and only received one. I also ordered a salad that was the saddest salad I have ever seen. If I had ordered a side salad for half the money, okay, but for a $12 salad to arrive as it did, pathetic!

NAYA, located in the Theater District, offers delicious, fresh food with authentic flavor that exceeds expectations. The Falafel Bowl is a win, featuring hearty falafel, zingy pickled cucumber, creamy hummus, and a spicy smoky red sauce. Lunch takeout is excellent, flavorful, and great value for cost, with generous portions of protein and toppings. The dish balanced lightness with lemon complexity.
The evening line staff—three male employees, two fair-skinned men with long hair and one dark-skinned man with long hair—provide exceptional customer service. They are welcoming, patient, hardworking, and go above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Juan Peña and Joah were quite kind, and one amazing worker named Jahira was the best person, so kind, helpful, and made everything better. However, two supervisors/managers, both fair-skinned men with short hair, have a management style that is overly controlling, condescending, and dismissive toward workers. The frontline employees are the heart of the customer experience.
