I went by the SoHo store not knowing that they had relocated. When I walked around the corner to the new store, I was greeted by Princess. She was amazing. Even though they were not open, she gave me a consolation prize of a free sleeve of espresso. Nespresso, you have a customer for life. Thank you.

Exciting atmosphere that invokes a celebration of the world of coffee. Love the color scheme of the many different coffee flavors. The seasonal pumpkin spice coffee is delicious. Happy I could try out a sample before committing to purchase the flavor. Lovely views inside and out. Very helpful staff.
