This neighborhood takeout/delivery spot is the best sushi option we've found so far since moving to the Kips Bay Area. You can eat at the restaurant, too, which we did on a recent summer night. The spot is small and there's really no dining-in ambiance to speak of, but the food comes out very quickly, and the service is efficient. Note: rating is for the local area. I wouldn't go out of my way but it's solid.Surprised I never wrote a review for this spot. This is the local good generic sushi spot. Yes there's better a good 10ish blocks away (WOKUNI) but that's a different price point. I don't bother with the bentos just getting the 3 roll combo. Yes the miso soup is generic but the sushi tends to be surprisingly fresh. The price has gone up maybe a buck or two since I first started going there from work...read full review

Ordered takeout and everything was delivered super quickly and still very hot. I got the edamame and the chicken hibachi lunch special and the portion was so large I couldn't even finish half of it. Definitely recommend if you need a hearty lunch place
