“I didn’t anticipate or expect myself to ever by soup of all things whilst on holiday, but I visited during Fall and their pumpkin & butternut squash soup was just asking to be tried

“Such a nice gesture and customer service...I placed an order for lunch. It was a pick two- half salad and sandwich. The half salad didn't arrive. I called and the team member I spoke to was very attentive and helpful. They sent the salad out, but made it a full instead of a half. When I met the delivery person with the new item, he was so nice and also apologetic for the mistake. He also sent along 3 (delicious and generously sized) cookies for the inconvenience. Thank you Panera on 3rd ave! Your kindness and generosity, and awesome customer service goes a long way! Keep up the good work :)“
“I am a SIPS MEMBER NOW. EVERY SINGLE PANERA THAT I HAVE GONE TO FROM NJ TO BROOKLYN THE EMPLOYEE THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH , HAS BEEN SOOOOOOO NICE AND PLEASANT. I HAVE GONE TO MANHATTAN AS WELL AND NO LIE NO ATTITUDES, VERY NICE CASHIERS THAT TAKE MY NAME AND NUMBER. I GO IN THEY GREET ME AND TAKE MY NUMBER. THEY ASK ME WHAT SIZE I TELL THEM AND I TAKE MY DRINK AND IM OUT. REALLY REALLY HAPPY I JOINED SIPS CLUB. I LOVE LOVE THEIR GREEN TEA. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE PANERA EMPLOYEES THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH THAT ARE SOOOOO NICE AND COURTEOUS. IF GOD WILLINGBIM JOINING AGAIN NECT YEAR AGAIN. I LOVE THAT I JOINED. “Food is consistently good and place is always clean. The sweetest, most caring, and thoughtful manager. Extremely attentive, will immediately rectify any mistakes, and truly cares about the customer experience. If there is a longer wait than usual, they will do their best to make the situation right.“
“Some of these reviews are just from miserable people who have nothing better to do but complain. I saw several negative reviews about Chris idk which Chris they were talking about or if there is even another employee named Chris. The Chris that waited on me last night was very nice and polite. Apologized that they'd run out of half and half. Very cheerful professional young man. Maybe he could teach some of his coworkers some act right. Especially the young girls. If you hate your job leave. The male workers are pleasant all the time especially Chris But them little feisty young girls (some not all) need to go.“
“I like this Panera location a lot as it is always clean and the service is pretty quick. I tend to order on the app and then stop by to pick it up. It is a bit larger than the other to-go locations and has about 6 seats along the window if you wanted to stop briefly. Highly recommend the strawberry basil lemonade!“
“Maria was the best made my day after a the longest hospital stay. She seriously went about and beyond and truly thank her for her kindness. Needs to not go un noticed. Truly one of a kind. Will travel states to just come back for her professionalism. Thanks so much“
