“Such a nice gesture and customer service...I placed an order for lunch. It was a pick two- half salad and sandwich. The half salad didn't arrive. I called and the team member I spoke to was very attentive and helpful. They sent the salad out, but made it a full instead of a half. When I met the delivery person with the new item, he was so nice and also apologetic for the mistake. He also sent along 3 (delicious and generously sized) cookies for the inconvenience. Thank you Panera on 3rd ave! Your kindness and generosity, and awesome customer service goes a long way! Keep up the good work :)“

“I love how quickly they always have the coffee ready - it’s one thing I really appreciate about this location. But during my visit, I saw a manager-looking woman yell at an employee in front of everyone. It was upsetting to witness, and it left me feeling sad for the staff. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in front of customers.“
