Based on the reviews, Papa San offers a great dining experience with delicious and unique dishes. The food is well executed, and the kitchen clearly knows what it is doing. Highlights include the Soft Crab roll, which is crispy, crunchy, creamy, and salty, and the Octopus Ceciche, which was fantastic with a broth that is literally drunk. The Pork Belly skewer is excellent—salty, spicy, crunchy, and tender. The Cod with Polenta was lighter than expected but super creamy and tasty, and the Head on Prawns come in a delicious broth. The Cacio Y Pepe upon noodles is amazing and different. The Salmon ceviche and tuna + pork belly skewers are also big highlights. The karaage ball is incredibly tasty, crispy, and flavorful. The service is great, with the bartender making really great cocktails. The chefs are super energetic and clearly having a blast cooking. The only downside mentioned is that the place feels a bit commercial and polished. Overall, the quality of the food and the experience are very good, making it a restaurant worth visiting.
