Hillary is the absolute best! We tried the eggie (on a scallion bun, has tomatillo which was unique 4/5) & the frenchie which were both great. We also grabbed a baguette, croissants & cookies which are all wonderful.

$4 for a hot cross bun, $20 for half a dozen and $40 for a dozen. The size of their hot cross bun might be the largest among all five bakeries I’ve tried in NYC. The dough was apparently denser than others, loaded with big pieces of raisins and candied citrus. If you like denser bread you might like their buns. The honey glaze brushed on top is enjoyable. The golden brown surface is slightly crispy.I don’t know why but the white cross icing fainted on my bun though.
