Chef Shah teaches a great pizza making class. Chef Shah brings the skills of a top tier pizzaiolo, trained by an Italian and delivers those skills to you in his class. No matter how you slice it, his class is top notch.

There's something special about the food hall at The Hugh. Could be the the jungle like courtyard seating area or that the restaurants are tucked along the walls like cozy nooks. Maybe the skylight and amphitheater seating with LEDs. It just feels good to be here. Especially on a cloudy day when it's 29° outside. I was at MOMA and decided it was a pizza night.
