“Pierogies are solid *french kiss*, tried special one with cheese and potato filling and dip in the special sauce on the side. I prefer the fried one! We also got the meat platter which include sausage, pierogies and staff cabbage and mushroom sauce on top . It’s quite heavy but flavorful! Potato pancakes could be crispier. Would be back to try more!“
“On a rainy Saturday afternoon, I finally made my way to Relax and I only wish I had been going here sooner. This place is truly a gem. I ordered the buckwheat pirogies and the zurek soup. OMG, absolutely delicious, perfect and heartwarming. I immediately felt welcomed, like I was going to a family’s house for dinner and the food came out incredibly quick. This Polish/Hungarian American cannot wait to come back and try everything on the menu!(Also whatever that fruit juice is, LOVED IT!!)“
“Made a 2nd trip to Brooklyn during a recent vacation so my wife and daughter could get a charm necklace. Seeing all the signs in some Slavic language, I realized this was a different place in Brooklyn from the waterfront! Double-checked Pierozek was open all-day (it was 2 pm when we ate), walked a few blocks around myself and waited patiently for the necklace-makers and then enjoyed a fantastic lunch of pierogies, kielbasa and accompaniments. And beer, of course. The Murray's Cheese and Meat pierogies were delicious and lighter than you'd think. The kielbasa was fresh, large, and crisped beautifully. The Stuffed Cabbage dish was a big lunch for my wife, but we all cleaned everything off our plates. Maddy was our server and accommodating and delightful. I didn't take any foodporn photos, but their website and IG are accurate representations of the food!“
“Friendly staff, amazing perogies and authentic Polish food. I am usually short on time and patience to wait, so I love that everything is fresh yet prepared in advance so all they have to do is bag it up for you or put it on a plate if eating in. Also TONS of Vegan options which I so appreciate. The vegan sauerkraut and mushroom perogies and the red cabbage salad are 2 of my faves!!“
“Seneca Garden is a complete neighborhood gem! And I am so grateful for them! Gregory and his entire staff are always so friendly. The products they carry and their homemade food are of excellent quality, and incredibly reasonably priced. And I can’t forget to mention the pierogi are amazing as well!“
“Dziękuję Pyza!! Polish American from Florida here ?? I came to "Little Poland" and found Pyza, the best and most authentic Polish food I've ever had, next to my Babcia's obviously.Get the Polish plate.Get the Pyza.Get the borscht.Get the potato pancakes.Get the flaki.Get the gołąbki. You're welcome.“
“The service was great, and the food was amazing but there was a little fly going around the food. Birthday singing is so beautiful! Very cool candle like a firework. The restaurants building looks very polish and clean. Nice tables and set up. Overall it was excellent, and great for when your hungry or for a birthday dinner.Parking: Parking is around in the street but if there is a lot of people it could be a little walk.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, not a problem.“
“I got the specialties platter, which was very good. My boyfriend got the pork cutlet. Also had potato pancakes for a starter. Not everything was a homerun, but it was good and the price was appropriate. Service and atmosphere were great. It was a perfect stop after a long day of walking in the cold.“
“a wonderful place to go to! When dining out, having great food, excellent service, and a pleasant ambiance can greatly enhance the overall experience. A delicious meal, attentive staff, and a comfortable environment all contribute to creating a memorable dining experience. It's always a pleasure to find a place that excels in all these aspects.“
“Give it a try. Food tastes homemade, like your Polish grandma made it, or if you're not Polish and had a childhood friend who was, like that friend's mama made it. Food is made fresh every day. You can get some traditional hot Polish foods, pierogi, stuffed cabbage, kielbasa/kraut, potato pancakes, and you can get some non-traditional hot foods, Goulash, chicken cutlet...w/mashed. You can buy kielbasa and pierogis to cook yourself at a future date, and fresh sauerkraut. Lots of imported Polish goodies, and if you don't know what they are, just ask.Fresh deli meats and cheeses. Try a sandwich!Extremely friendly owner, working hard to earn your dollar. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy.“
“Pastrami is very good. Moist and fresh. The quantity will vary depending on on who is making it but most are decent portions. They also have tasty home cooked dinners, perogis , potato pancakes and other things. But it’s all about the pastrami.“
“I don't live locally but still try and make it to this deli once a month. It's a nice store. Deli meat is always very fresh and good. My favs are the ham and Canadian bacon. I never tried their specials but I am sure they are very good as well.“
“Honestly love this Polish Deli (Zabka Deli) for their chocolates. I come from the Bronx and travel to Ridgewood Queens for their chocolates w/alcohol filling. They are also nice gifts/treats for Valentine’s Day, as well as for small birthday gifts and part of a Mother’s Day gift.“
“Spectacular! First time that I’ve seen this truck near me in the UES, but I hope he comes back. This is some of the best kielbasa and pierogi (I had the lite combo) I’ve had in a very long time. I’m looking forward to trying everything else on the menu.“
