One of my favorite places in all of nyc. Wonderful friendly staff. Great quality coffee. This place is an essential for any coffee loving New Yorker. I just wish they had a stamp/point card for buying coffee beans!!!
Ah, I'm sitting at home enjoying some of the house blend beans I picked up a few days ago while in the city. I was at the Essex Market location, so the selection of beans is limited. My favorite is the Haitian (an employee turned me on to it years ago) but it was not one at the Market location. Kind of disappointing, but I also knew whatever I brought home would also be perfection. And it is! I also got a half pound of the Costa Rican, which I have yet to try.
