I visit this store on a regular basis and my drink is always made correctly and James deserves a raise and a promotion. He's always positive and polite and a hard worker. It's a great store with a great manager!
I always love pret whether it’s in the UK or elsewhere in the world. Their chocolate croissant always complements the coffee very well
