I really wanted a pick me up cappuccino and was willing to pay top dollar for it too. I skipped a Dunkin right across to get to this place. Vibe is fine & service with a smile but no good coffee. I paid $6 for inedible coffee. It was just milk! Where is the double espresso shot that is needed for a large cappuccino?? They skimp on quality but charge top dollar! And my pick me up turned into a downer!
I don't have many opportunities to have time to stop by and purchase something, but when I do, predominantly in the late evening hours, it is a definite go for an iced coffee. The lady who is usually on duty for the late evening is always quite pleasant and accommodating, not to mention quick. So first I want to say that when this location was downstairs, there was much friendlier customer service. Now that the same company is upstairs, the customer service is lackluster at best. They advertise 50% off a 6th salad and don’t honor it which is false advertising, and there is a slightly overweight light skinned man that is very rude and disrespectful.
