Outside of Rome, perhaps the best-cooked homemade pasta and an arrabbiata sauce to rival my own! The chicken paillarde was pounded so thin and perfectly cooked, the roasted veggies were exceptional, and the fresh fruit with zabaione (or zabaglione) was too hard to resist. Capped off the meal with cappuccino and biscotti. I'd love to eat here every night!
Primola is in a class by itself. Our family has had the pleasure of dining here for many years. Everything about this place is exceptional. Whether you are a legitimate VIP or not, Djuliano and his team will have you believing that you are. Everyone in this place goes out of their way to make you feel special and welcome.
