That was really great 👍. I eat a lot of ramen at home in Germany 🍜, and this restaurant is definitely one of my favorites ☺. The gentleman behind the counter was super nice, and a real one man show (waiter & cook 👨🍳). After 3 weeks of American food I feel really good after a position there 😌 and revived ❤
Went on a Tuesday night. No one else in the restaurant, one person cooking and serving and hosting. Fantastic experience. Food was 10/10, our server was attentive without being overbearing, and we had our meals within 15 minutes of being there.
We did takeout and it was great! Shout out to the guy who was both cooking and working the counter while we were in there after having ordered—he had to deal with a woman who was making a huge stink over absolutely nothing, and he handled it with supreme calm, no matter how much of a fuss-over-nothing this woman made.
