The vibe is relaxed and casual with lots of sun coming through the windows. Some customers have had to wait, around 15-20 minutes, to get their drinks. The pastry case can be nearly empty by 10:30. The scent of candle and diffuser can be intense and give headaches to some customers. Overall, Rhythm Zero | West Village has good matcha, good coffee, and good service.
