Delivery order. Pitas and chick peas was missing. Sauces was ordered on the side but was mixed up in the dishes. Called and employees hung up twice. After talking to the manager, they ended up saying they didn't have more pita as an explanation. They did not want to make up for their mistake even when we said we would pickup the missing pita's. Service innout experience is bad. When we stopped by they redid the order and they said they were at fault. Updating review to 3 stars.
I love Roti! I eat here once a week. Today the two girls in there were so sweet! They were very friendly and patient. They were very nice and fun to talk to. Hands down the best customer service i have experienced.

The salmon fattoush is horrible. It’s not even proper food. The salmon feels like roasted bark. It’s not even seasoned. The salad dressing is crazy sour that you would get a stomach ache.
