This place is so hit or miss. Sometimes you get a fresh good tasting pastry other times you get a stale hard as cardboard rock. I made sure to ask today if the cookies I wanted were fresh and soft today. The server said yes, so I bought the entire stock that was left only to come home and find stale brittle cookies that taste terrible. I also made the mistake of ordering their salad this day. Big mistake. It was missing several of the ingredients listed and priced seven dollars...read full review
A treasure found!! An excellent Colombian restaurant in NY; Salento. From the food and home made pastries, the service and the really nice and cozy ambiance, plus the very affordable prices, you will have a truly satisfying experience. I highly recommend it.
The food was so delicious! I got the chorizo arepa and the arepa rellana. The staff was super friendly and the place was clean. I do wish they had cups and a water jug available so it was easier to get and refill water. Great spot!
