Salvo’s serves a great New York slice! The service is super friendly and they’ve got plenty of seating for you to enjoy your za. If you’re looking for pizza in the UES, I’d recommend Salvos. The pepperoni slice was great, not too greasy or cheesy. The BBQ chicken was also surprisingly tasty!
This place is a hidden gem on the upper east side. I had the pleasure of coming after work and walking away with pure satisfaction. Being a New Yorker my expectations for service are low however I was pleasantly surprised. My server Evan was very kind and provided me excellent hospitality care! He also recommended me the “baby shrimp alla salvos” it turned out to be delicious ? I can’t wait to come back and try more entrees.

This place is my new favorite pizza place. Yes I live close, but I've also now gone often and have begun to appreciate the sheer volume they handle with grace. There's never a cross word between the staff. Yesterday they must have had 20 people roll through while my pie was coming out of the oven and they worked like a well oiled machine.
