One of my top spots in New York, and 100% the best spot for dumplings. I usually get the frozen pork and chive dumplings - a bag of 50 for $11. My Taiwanese mom back in California is so jealous of me. Recently, I was able to order of batch of small pork and chive dumplings to eat immediately. Went to this place looking for Fujianese-style peanut noodles. It was my first time trying this style of Chinese cuisine and I was blown away by everything I got to try: ban mian, pork and chive dumplings and the wonton soup. Keep your expectations low for this place and think you'd be happy. Everything here is sub $9 which is outrageous cheap for NYC. As such the quality is also cheap. Dumpling fillings are more on the cheaper end. Fu Zhou fish balls has more flour mixed in than fish. Still taste ok. Btw I've been to FuZhou China, and parents are also from there. Hopefully I know a thing or two.
