Expect 10min wait time during peak morning and afternoon hours. NO public or customer bathroom usage. 12pm-12:30pm on a Sunday had 10 people waiting in line to place orders. 10 people waiting for their orders to be completed. 2 laptop warriors using tables. 6 friends socializing at tables. This equates to wall to wall people like a full subway train. Friends order took 25min from online order during peak.Tip: Order on app at least 10min before you arrive and do pickup at counter.
Some of the people that have written these reviews have never actually worked at a busy Starbucks and it shows! The workers are kind and helpful. They make and queue drinks correctly. I have never had a bad experience. Yes, I have had to wait for my coffees/food but that is to be expected of a busy coffee shop! Whenever my order has been incorrectly made, they always remake it in a timely matter and are very apologetic. The environment is exactly what you would expect walking...read full review

I like the dood that looks like Ben Barlow. I believe he's the one that was giving out delicious sample of tea. I wish I got the his name and the drink so I could order it and have him make it. Also the guy that looks dominican, wish I got his name also because he was so kind to me. Another lady associate there said my gold card didn't work so I was charged the 50 cents for my refill which I don't understand why ,because the next day it worked but okay.
