“This was the cleanest subway I have ever seen! The kindness staff I've ever met. I feel horrible that they have to deal with uneducated ghetto ppl that disrespect, abuse & take advantage of the staff. I witnessed it first hand, and I could see the fear in their faces by some kids being rude and threatening & also a customer defending the kids that were in the wrong. I was ready to jump into action, but you never know in this neighborhood. But Def was ready to call 911. Bravo to you all, and I wish they had some sort of security.“

The location is great because they are located right in Times Square so when looking for something fresh and delicious I love stopping here. The place is always super busy and they seem to move the line along really well.“

“Good local spot in Chelsea to grab a bite. There a line and server is quick to make the sandwich you want. The new menu is very tasty. The combination of meats and spices and sauce hit the spot. We had the outlaw and it was sauvy with a little kick at the end.“

“I've been here many times, and go to college nearby. This place isn't the best spot to go to if you're planning on sitting while having lunch during busy hours. The rush can get incredible but if you're there during non rush hours, it's delightful. They have adequate seating (~7 tables). The people here are amazing, I've grown to have personal connection with them even though I see them twice or thrice a month. They aren't stingy with meats or vegetables, and I have yet to have a complain about burnt bread (it has happened at other Subway's). Meal add ons (chips or cookies and drink) is a must have with your subs, especially since fountain drinks do have unlimited drinks, provided you bought the cup with your purchase. Lastly, this is a super casual restaurant, and serves the same menu items as standard Subways. They are almost never out of most items, and personally I've never had a problem with an unavailable food item. Cleanliness hasn't been an issue for the most part, there would have been a time or two that there was a lot of garbage left behind. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant especially if you're looking for healthy-ish fast food on the go.“

Shout out to the employee who noticed the number was an out of state phone number. He called me to ask if I order a sandwich from there. I informed him no. I live in Texas. I told the employee to not make the sandwich. The chump who hacked my app didn’t get a sandwich on my dime.“

“We ate from this place every day during our visit to NYC. Our hotel was up the road. It is not in a safe location at night well that's how I felt. But the service was good. Subway is subway so no different to the taste I'm used to at home.“

“I love subway cookies so when I was leaving whole foods and saw this little Subway spot tucked away in the cut I IMMEDIATELY headed over there to get some chocolate chip cookies. The space is very tiny but clean; there was no one in there but two workers and they seemed very happy to see me. I let the cashier know I wanted the cookies and the transaction went smoothly. I threw the cookies in my bag and headed on my way. About 30 mins later I dipped in the bag to taste the one oatmeal raisin cookie that was nestled next to my chocolate chip cookies, and it was hard. I don't know if they have a new formula because it's been a while since I've visited or if the cookie was stale, but I was ticked off. I bit into it still, and it just did not give me that euphoric soft cookie experience I needed. I tried one of the chocolate chip cookies and it wasn't as hard as the oatmeal raisin, but it wasn't as soft as usual either.Lesson learned: taste test before walking away is mandatory! I would've marched right back in that store if I found out earlier that the cookies were sub par.“

“I got to the subway like 4 something in the morning. It was no one in the store only one employee and he was cleaning so that was a plus. He washed his hands put on some gloves and made my sandwich perfect. He was so polite. The sandwich was so good. I have not had subways I think since the pandemic began. Sometimes on the overnight employees be slacking but this guy was not. I will eat here again on the late night. Five stars all day.“
