The location is great because they are located right in Times Square so when looking for something fresh and delicious I love stopping here. The place is always super busy and they seem to move the line along really well.“

I feel horrible that they have to deal with uneducated ghetto ppl that disrespect, abuse & take advantage of the staff. “Good local spot in Chelsea to grab a bite. There a line and server is quick to make the sandwich you want. The new menu is very tasty. The combination of meats and spices and sauce hit the spot. We had the outlaw and it was sauvy with a little kick at the end.“

Even the way the cold cuts were folded was nicer. Everything tasted fresh and the cold sandwich was cold and the toasted sandwich was hot. Can't really ask for better than that! “Me and my friends went here to get lunch (sandwiches). I got a sandwich with turkey and some other stuff. It was AMAZING. It was a foot long and 10 bucks. I thought it was expensive, but maybs thats every Subway? When you order online from them, it always goes wrong. “We ate from this place every day during our visit to NYC. Our hotel was up the road. It is not in a safe location at night well that's how I felt. But the service was good. Subway is subway so no different to the taste I'm used to at home.“

Here the staff used fresh set of gloves for food and took the gloves off at the register.The staff were courteous. I saw one of the staff come out to help a wheel chair user with drinks and took his order.“

“I love subway cookies so when I was leaving whole foods and saw this little Subway spot tucked away in the cut I IMMEDIATELY headed over there to get some chocolate chip cookies. The space is very tiny but clean; there was no one in there but two workers and they seemed very happy to see me. I let the cashier know I wanted the cookies and the transaction went smoothly. I threw the cookies in my bag and headed on my way. About 30 mins later I dipped in the bag to taste the one oatmeal raisin cookie that was nestled next to my chocolate chip cookies, and it was hard. I don't know if they have a new formula because it's been a while since I've visited or if the cookie was stale, but I was ticked off. I bit into it still, and it just did not give me that euphoric soft cookie experience I needed. I tried one of the chocolate chip cookies and it wasn't as hard as the oatmeal raisin, but it wasn't as soft as usual either.Lesson learned: taste test before walking away is mandatory! I would've marched right back in that store if I found out earlier that the cookies were sub par.“
