Absolutely 5 star experience, I visited for their a la carte night which is a special event and it was stunning, each piece was delicious and they had a wide variety of seafood to choose from and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely will keep this place in my pocket for when I want a good omakase night
We’re used to high-end sushi restaurants with engaging omakase experiences in the $400–$600 per person range, with Masa being the extreme — where dinner for two can easily top $2,000. So when I reserved this place and saw that it charges $220 per person for an omakase dinner, I’ll admit I was worried about both quality and quantity.
