One of the best omakase in the city. The food was excellent, we added the uni as a supplement. Had two of their sakes from Akita and Hokkaido. Watch Jiro Dreams of Sushi before going if you want to learn more about the chef.
One of the best omakase experiences I’ve had. Every course was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The quality of the fish was outstanding, and each dish felt carefully prepared and thoughtfully crafted. The service was excellent, and the entire experience was intimate and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great sushi and a true omakase experience.
