Bathroom closed more than 30 minutes before the restaurant closed. Very inconvenient and unnecessary. Ordering at tablets rather than with human is time consuming and impersonal. Much easier and more enjoyable to just talk.
I am quite upset. I ordered food, specifically a crispy rice chicken bowl, from the kiosk. I ordered steak to be added to my bowl, in addition to the blackened chicken. My total came up to about $23. It was prepared rather quickly. I asked the gentleman who handed me my food to verify whether or not steak was added. He said it was. When I arrive with my party, we got there with about ten minutes left until closing. The crew did not want to serve us as they tried to close early. They eventually relented due to my protest. But the food they gave us was awful. Sweetgreen as a franchise is amazing. My experience at this particular sweetgreen was terrible. It tasted like they put cleaning solvent in the food.
