worse sweetgreen location. the staff seem to hate life and everything they do. this translate into the service and food which usually at sg is good. you either change the staff and the way things operate in this location or you shut it down imo.
Just terrible! Waited for half hour, they didn’t print my ticket, then messed up the order. Seems to cater to online orders, not walk ins, since they can’t process verbal information - wrong substitution, salad drenched in dressing…Some customers were not even asked their names and that’s the only way to track your order…

I don't usually write reviews, but this is the third time this location has shown themselves to be consistent with their poor service, in all areas, the food i received today the salmon was burnt, and everything tasted burn. If it wasn't raining and i was not on my lunch break i would have taken my food back and asked for a refund, on top of that, the workers are very unpleasant.Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! This will be my last.....
