Mido and the staff are welcoming. Place smells AMAZING. Afrobeats playing in the background. Spacious and plenty of seating - interior decked out in African pieces. A must visit, grab some grub a glass of rose and enjoy a walk down Central Park right
The great: 1) taste 2) seems pretty healthy 3) speedy! The bad: At first, the meals were delivered in a sturdy paper bowl, but more regularly, in a hard plastic tray. I hate this. Please go back to the paper, please!!!

I happened to be walking by on Sunday so stopped in for lunch. I’m so glad I did - this place is awesome! I haven’t had much West African food but it was all very flavorful and well prepared. They have a number of sets you can order that come with a meat and a couple sides - I went with the yassa grilled chicken and it was delicious. It’s in the African cultural center and I found the space really nice abd decorated with beautiful photography. I’ll be back!
