Regarding the 19th floor elevator, my best guess is that the extended tension which comes from anticipating the elevator’s rare arrival is a kink for some people (I’m guessing it’s called “lifting” in the community), and these guys aspire to be NYC’s premiere destination for it. It has good views from different angles, you can appreciate the view during the day and at night. It has a swimming pool with an impressive view. It became one of my favorite spots in New York, good music and a clean bathroom. He treated the employees very friendly and helpful, I will give the food 5 stars because I saw the batida area but I didn't eat and I don't want to damage the stars but I didn't realize there was food but next time I will check the food.
