Food was good. Service was amazing. Apparently i was told you have to be a member to get in? Luckily my friend is Member, I'm not sure if it's true, but if it is, it's definitely some clout to say you've eaten there. Ambiance was that of a museum/hotel but service and food make up for the ambiance.
This restaurant is located on the fourth floor of the Metropolitan Museum. It used to be an exclusive restaurant for members, but was later opened to everyone due to the lack of business. Because of my love for the Metropolitan Museum, I have joined their membership since immigrating to New York. Even though as a New Yorker I can enjoy the privilege of free admission, I have always been a loyal member to support them.
