Forgot about an order, the smoothie is very watered down, but the whipped ricotta is really light and well done
Low quality service. It seemed to me they are under-staffed, and the people working were under lots of stress due to low support.
Food got to us with delay but it was yummy. I hope the management reads these comments.
Writing this review simply to complement Nahid and Marlon for their friendliness and efficiency. Food is tasty too! Pretty decor.
The Granola Bar Upper West Side offers a mixed experience for its customers. While they serve good food, including a popular macro bowl and great granola options like the maple bacon flavor, some dishes can be inconsistent, such as the overly salty chicken salad wrap. The restaurant has recently changed its hours, eliminating dinner and drinks, which has disappointed some regular customers. Despite this, the service is usually lovely, and they reward loyal customers with a punch card for free coffee. However, some interactions can be inconsistent, and attention to detail is sometimes lacking, such as delivering a latte in a cup with lipstick on it. Customers have noted that the service can be slow and under stress, likely due to being under-staffed. Food can arrive with delays, but it is often tasty. For example, the Niçoise salad is good, though service might be slow and inattentive, with drinks sometimes forgotten or served late. The restaurant's popularity for lunch and brunch remains strong, but many wish it offered dinner service again, as it could be very successful all day.
