Came here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. You get the fatty, salty flavor profile you come to expect from a food truck (that's a good thing!) in a much more pleasant environment. The best part though was how upbeat and pleasant all the employees were, which is a nice change from the norm you experience at fast casual places.
