The Village Tavern is a great pub in the West Village with a chill atmosphere, offering a variety of beers on-tap. The bartenders are all great and super friendly, with Lea and Mary being awesome bartenders. The drinks are respectable, and the bathroom is impressively clean. It's a popular spot, often crowded, but still a cool place to stop by, grab a drink, and catch a game on TV. It's definitely more of a college bar vibe but for those who graduated, it's a go-to spot for a great pregame. The cider is a highlight.
