Toastique is a cozy breakfast spot on 5th and 39th in Manhattan, serving juices, smoothies, coffee, tea, open faced sandwiches, and healthy bowls. The food is delicious, well prepared with an excellent presentation. The staff is extremely pleasant, helpful, kind, and accommodating. The PB Crunch toast is off the hook, and the fig & prosciutto toast is beautifully plated with a good amount of fixings of arugula, toast, pistachios, dried figs, and prosciutto with a drizzling of sweet balsamic reduction. The 3 Cheese Italian with jalapeño bread is delicious, and the slight zip of chili oil on the Avocado Smash is perfect. Blue Mystique bowl is an absolute dream, very pretty and yummier than it looks. The beet latte is very good with no caffeine, and tropical oats are good, not too sweet. Juices like Blue Mystique and Green Machine are fresh, and the Metabolize juice has a fun ride with early cucumber subtlety and a back of the throat zing of jalapeño. Service is relatively quick. Price point is what you'd expect in Manhattan. Highly recommend going to Toastique.
