I've been a regular at this Belgium pub for more than 15 years - I've seen prices climb faster than a squirrel on espresso, yet the place still feels like my old comfy couch. And let's talk about the Belgian beer! It's like finding a unicorn in a field of horses - simply the best in town.
Great service and high quality Belgian beer at average, or even below average prices for Manhattan! Fries are very tasty, and they have a nice outdoor space in front to sit in good weather. Highly recommended.

I came for the Orval. I used to live in Brussels and that's all I drank over there. It tasted perfectly and they even used a proper Orval glass. The bartenders were nice and attentive. The overall decor and atmosphere of the place even reminded me of a few places in Brussels. My only gripe (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), is the price of the Orval. It will cost you 15 plus tip. That's steep. And yes, I know it's NYC, but still quite pricey. If it were cheaper, you'd see me once...read full review
