“This was my first time at Wendy’s, and the Dave’s Burger was decent—good beefy flavor, and the fries were fine. However, the cashier’s English was hard to understand, and the hygiene was basic with some trash on the floor. Still, it’s a solid choice, and I’d like to see more locations in the UK.“
“I feel like this location is always crowded. There’s always so many delivery people picking up orders. Service is usually fast & orders accurate. I will say, most of the time I get delivery from here, the order is usually incorrect or missing something which is why I prefer to go in person.“
“This is a high paced area because it's inside the Manhattan side of the Staten Island Ferry. Occasionally they mix up the orders especially when people are in a rush to catch the ferry and don't necessarily take the time to check that they have the right order or the whole order which was the case with me. Luckily my order was switched with someone who was still there and they were able to quickly fix the problem. The food is usually hot and made to order ( I have never seen food standing around like some other restaurants). I have always had courteous professional service. The atmosphere can be a good or bad thing depending on the day, season, weather etc. but I think it's worth it for a quick satisfying filling meal on the go.
Parking: It's lower Manhattan in the financial district. If you are able to find parking on the street you're extremely lucky otherwise you will have to pay for it and may have to walk a distance to get to the restaurant. I suggest using the ferry (from the Staten Island side), MTA (trains and Buses) or if you're close enough, walk.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is in the Staten Island Ferry terminal located on the Manhattan side which has a door that can be pressed to open up for wheelchairs and there is an elevator to take you upstairs to where Wendy's is actually located at.“
“It's not as good as the Wendy's I had in Quebec, but I think it's enough for one meal. The store is spacious and the staff are friendly, but the bathroom seems to need some maintenance. Considering the high cost of living in New York, I think it's not bad overall.“
“What's most remarkable to me is that I've passed by the location numerous times but never noticed that a branch had opened there (most of the fast food chain branches are located further east). Food quality and service were both excellent.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ordering stations and main dining area located on first floor; plenty of space for wheelchair accessibility.“
“Ordered here dozens of times, and the food has always tasted very good. They've got the best bang for your buck (McDonalds even tried to do something similar to Wendy's $4.44/$5 meal deal, where they offered only 3 items in a meal and lesser proportions), and even though it's fast food, it's still a lot healthier than most other fast food options. The place is very big and has a lot of comfortable and clean seating room. I often see employees cleaning, and the meals are done quickly (when you order a biggie meal, it's almost always done within 3 minutes). Would definitely recommend to check it out.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs or ramps, it's all a flat one-story. It's two wide double-doors, and you're in.“
“Food sometimes fresh however they tend to forget some of the items you purchase. Check ? your bag before walking out.
Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly location.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility ♿️ available.“
“my go to fast food place near baruch. Service is mid, sometimes you get a nice guy, sometimes they are in such a rush, you don't have their attention fully. Food is pretty consistent, I would say everything is good and the app is awesome. Atmosphere is good, great amount of seats!“
“It is a good option for a cheap lunch or dinner in midtown, (near the Empyrean State) fast food, especially hamburgers and I think good-tasting salads.
The bad thing is their staff always has an angry face and what you must have to order a Debit or Credit card
They do not take care of the beverage vending machines (non-customers arrive and without hygiene they directly fill their glasses or thermoses that they find in the trash (something common in New York City)
Vegetarian options: Salads with chicken apparently or without protein (on request)
Dietary restrictions: Salads above all, low sodium and wheat-free or Kosher
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no obstacle for wheelchair entry“
“Nice cheap breakfast, came here 4 or 5 times and was always happy! If you are trying to do NYC on a budget it's probably the best way to fill up for the day. You will find the odd homeless person doing a weird dance outside or going through the bins but that's times square for you!“
“Wendy’s ! How come NY does not get it !Every time you eat it gets better and better !The food is fab fresh tasty even the salad is crunchy ! Kids love it ! The drinks a nice well prices love the frosty and cold coffee , cola have a large choice of flavours from Vanilla Cola to lime !!This place was clean and kept clean inspite of being so busy !“
“I enjoy dining in at this particular Wendy's. The food is always fresh and delicious. Customer service is usually excellent. If you're looking to eat at a fast-food restaurant that is clean, inexpensive, and provides a comfortable atmosphere, then this is the place for you.
Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary concerns, the staff members are friendly and easy to talk to.
Kid-friendliness: The kids will have a ball here. At least with the delicious food. 😜
Wheelchair accessibility: I believe this Wendy's has wheelchair access.“
“This establishment has been around for a long time. If ur looking for a place to eat that's not crowded, this is the place. The only drawback is people who are not necessarily eating use it as a hangout. Aside from that, it's conveniently located near mass transit.“
