Not a large menu but very efficient and great taste. They also have oat milk and can reduce sugar significantly if one needs to be.

This place always smells amazingg, as they're constantly making brown sugar boba from scratch! XFT is perfectly situated on the corner of St. Marks with steady traffic throughout the day. I'm not a Brown Sugar Bubble Tea person, but their boba is honestly really yummy + has the perfect texture!

Other popular items include the black sesame boba, praised for its nuttiness, and the irresistible Dalgona Coffee bubble "tea." The boba is slightly warm when first ordered, creating a satisfying contrast with the cold drink, and its fresh quality is visible where it is kept. It is a great place definitely worth the visit for a tasty sweet treat.
