The portion size was generous and very filling, packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients. I also added salmon to my salad, and it was cooked to absolute perfection – flaky, moist, and seasoned beautifully.
Beyond the excellent food, the service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, making the entire dining experience a pleasure. I highly recommend SILKS Saratoga Bistro and will definitely be returning, especially for that amazing Saratoga Chopped Salad!”

“I recently tried Cheesecake Machismo for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS! By far the best cheesecake I have ever had and I consider myself a cheesecake snob. My family tried: Ube, Hot Cousin-Peach Cobbler, Butter Rum Apple, Caramel Toffee, Cherry Amaretto, and Strawberry. My favorites were Caramel Toffee and Cherry Amaretto and my husband loved the Hot Cousin and Cherry Amaretto! An absolute must try!”

“Their staff: top notch. Atmosphere: gorgeous, fun and welcoming. Food: consistently delicious, take out OR dine-in. Drinks: For truly authentic margaritas, your favorites and more you can never go wrong. The best part about this place is their obvious commitment to excellence, and dedication to their customers' experience. My favorite part: They have so many gluten, dairy free and vegan options. For authentic and absurdly delicious Mexican fare, this alone truly sets them apart. And their options continue to expand! I have a problem with tolerating a lot of unusual ingredients and they even go out of their way to omit garlic and onion in my dishes. (You can imagine the extra burden on the restaurant and my simple ask of the possibility led to them always going out to their way to make sure my orders are gluten, dairy, onion and garlic free (and still just fricking amazing, 2 extra meals in leftovers). Their social media director (?) Is brilliant, and all their events, social engagement are impressive and I'm just thrilled to have this gem of an establishment here to patronize.”

Great stuff. And for an entree was ribs, brisket with sides of chili and salad. A came.with cornbread Everything was spectacular, one of the.best meals I have had. Bacon in the chili and the house dressing being bbq ranch were nice touches. My server Alison deserves a lot of credit too. Pleasant person, hard working, and made great suggestions when I asked. Alison and the food made this a great experience. Highly recommended and I will be back.”

I will ask for him next time we come and if you’re able to request a server, request him. They were also very kind to put the football game on the tv. The food was great as always. “My favorite place in the area, as the food is always fresh and delicious! The portions are huge and Sal and his staff are amazing; he can come up with anything even if it’s not listed on the menu. They get busy with lunch rush from the hospital and still manage to get everyone in and out. I highly recommend their spicy falafel gyro! My daughter loves their chopped salmon and her best friend is obsessed with the chopped cheese sandwiches. It gives NYC deli vibes. I come here for lunch every week and have yet to leave unsatisfied. They have vegan options as well and there is something for everyone here.”

“I didn’t go in person yet so I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere but I just ordered from here for the first time and I must say it surely exceeded my expectations! I knew it would be good but didn’t expect it to be this good. The tenders are huge but also well flavored and cooked, the Dave’s sauce compliments in sooo well and the fries are curly fries and fried to perfection. I enjoy ever bit and corner of my plate, I wasn’t disappointed once. I had the lite mild and it was exactly that, a little spice with the perfect balance of classic and crunchy!!! I will be coming back, this is my new fav spot for sure but I gotta go in person this time to see if the service is as good as the food! Dave’s hot chicken is a 10/10. MONEY WELL SPENT!!!”
