“I was searching for a healthy low carb breakfast option in Albany International Airport this morning and almost everything available were highly processed options or high in carbs. I even went to the airport store with souvenirs and magazines thinking I might just get something light like a cheese, crackers, and fruit box but it was ridiculously expense at $12 for a few slices of cheese and couple of crackers and a handful of blueberries and dried apricots. I finally though to go to Silks Saratoga Bistro, a sit down restaurant, and boy, they sure brighten my morning. First of all the waitress was so friendly, polite, and helpful, it was a delight to be there. I ended up ordering the BLT omelete and it was so delicious!! Since I didn't want any toast they offered grilled tomatoes instead. It turned out to be one of the most satisfying omletes I've had in a while. The plate was so nicely put together and the service was excellent. It maybe my goto option for airport meals in the future. I might have paid more overall for my breakfast, but all the ingredients were fresh and the experience was 100%. It was well worth it.”

“Their staff: top notch. Atmosphere: gorgeous, fun and welcoming. Food: consistently delicious, take out OR dine-in. Drinks: For truly authentic margaritas, your favorites and more you can never go wrong. The best part about this place is their obvious commitment to excellence, and dedication to their customers' experience. My favorite part: They have so many gluten, dairy free and vegan options. For authentic and absurdly delicious Mexican fare, this alone truly sets them apart. And their options continue to expand! I have a problem with tolerating a lot of unusual ingredients and they even go out of their way to omit garlic and onion in my dishes. (You can imagine the extra burden on the restaurant and my simple ask of the possibility led to them always going out to their way to make sure my orders are gluten, dairy, onion and garlic free (and still just fricking amazing, 2 extra meals in leftovers). Their social media director (?) Is brilliant, and all their events, social engagement are impressive and I'm just thrilled to have this gem of an establishment here to patronize.”

The home is gorgeous and SAM was the best server, hostess all around amazing l person ever! This is a must go and eat when in Albany! 5+++++ stars!”

“My phone wouldn't let.me scan the bar code to complete the survey yesterday but a review is definitely necessary. First time at.the Troy location. I had honey bbq wings for an appetizer. Great stuff. And for an entree was ribs, brisket with sides of chili and salad. A came.with cornbread Everything was spectacular, one of the.best meals I have had. Bacon in the chili and the house dressing being bbq ranch were nice touches. My server Alison deserves a lot of credit too. Pleasant person, hard working, and made great suggestions when I asked. Alison and the food made this a great experience. Highly recommended and I will be back.”

“Despite it being a Friday night and crowded, the service was fast. Especially Maher, who served, was attentive and friendly. The place was clean, the atmosphere was stylish, the food was fresh and delicious. We tasted a lot of food as a group. Everyone was very pleased with their food. My favorites were the meat pide and crispy mixed fruit waffle. I strongly recommend it.

“Flew out to visit RPI when I was in high school over a decade ago. This place had the best pizza I'd ever had. Ended up going to a different college but always remembered the pizza here. Visited again recently. In a decade, tastes can change. Quality can change. I actually debated whether to go back, because I didn't want to ruin the good memory. Well I went back, and I'm glad I did.
