The portion size was generous and very filling, packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients. I also added salmon to my salad, and it was cooked to absolute perfection – flaky, moist, and seasoned beautifully.
Beyond the excellent food, the service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, making the entire dining experience a pleasure. I highly recommend SILKS Saratoga Bistro and will definitely be returning, especially for that amazing Saratoga Chopped Salad!”

The best part about this place is their obvious commitment to excellence, and dedication to their customers' experience. My favorite part: They have so many gluten, dairy free and vegan options. For authentic and absurdly delicious Mexican fare, this alone truly sets them apart. And their options continue to expand! I have a problem with tolerating a lot of unusual ingredients and they even go out of their way to omit garlic and onion in my dishes. (You can imagine the extra burden on the restaurant and my simple ask of the possibility led to them always going out to their way to make sure my orders are gluten, dairy, onion and garlic free (and still just fricking amazing, 2 extra meals in leftovers). Their social media director (?) Is brilliant, and all their events, social engagement are impressive and I'm just thrilled to have this gem of an establishment here to patronize.”

Great stuff. And for an entree was ribs, brisket with sides of chili and salad. A came.with cornbread Everything was spectacular, one of the.best meals I have had. Bacon in the chili and the house dressing being bbq ranch were nice touches. My server Alison deserves a lot of credit too. Pleasant person, hard working, and made great suggestions when I asked. “As a Diner Enthusiast, it's not often that I come by and appreciate the New Era of Diners. This is the kind of diner that will be a leader in the diner culture. It's aesthetic, cool, modern, and has some REALLY good food. I don't say that lightly. They have a coffee bar to grab a coffee while you wait for your table. Menu was quite unique. The place was clean, the atmosphere was stylish, the food was fresh and delicious. We tasted a lot of food as a group. Everyone was very pleased with their food.
